Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are provided as a general estimate. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Tall T is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@tallt.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. Tall T may not be responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
